Jess Grant Sports Massage collects your name, contact details and address to deliver your appointment, and health information you provide on the intake form to treat you safely. Bookings and payments are handled by Cal.com and Stripe under their own privacy policies. Health forms are emailed to Jess Grant and kept as part of your treatment record. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by emailing jess@jessgrantsportsmassage.co.uk.
